The bots can respond to signals received from third-party Telegram channels selected by the user, following the risk parameters the user defines (such as position size, stop loss, and take profit).

The Service operates purely as an automation and integration tool. We do not provide investment advice, trading strategies, or guarantee profitability.

The user retains full responsibility for all trading outcomes and acknowledges that they are the owner of the connected MT5 account and that all trading activity occurs under their sole discretion and control.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
• Ensure that automated trading and API integrations are permitted by your broker and jurisdiction.

By using trade-bot.io, you represent that you meet these conditions.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including your MT5 login and Telegram connection tokens.

You agree not to share your credentials with others or allow third parties to access your account. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access.

5. Subscription and Payments

Access to trade-bot.io requires an active subscription.

• Refunds: Contact support for refund requests.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support.

We reserve the right to change prices or plans, with reasonable notice to users before changes take effect.

6. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading financial instruments such as forex, CFDs, and cryptocurrencies involves significant risk. You can lose some or all of your capital.

You understand and agree that:

• The Service simply automates execution based on signals and configurations you choose.
• We do not review or verify the accuracy, reliability, or profitability of any trading signal source, including Telegram channels.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

You agree that you use trade-bot.io entirely at your own risk.

7. No Financial or Investment Advice

Nothing provided through the Service should be interpreted as financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. trade-bot.io does not provide personalized recommendations or endorse any particular trading strategy, broker, or Telegram signal provider.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Berlin, Germany.
